If they have enough IC experience to qualify for that position then they absolutely may apply and you can assume they got the job and go ahead and fill out the form. However, since Deerington is based in 50s America and those schools are public, the position would be 'Principal' and the duties might be a little different? I have no idea, but probably not that different haha
