You may edit your comment at any time. If we are concerned with any aspect of your character's business, we will send you a PM regarding our concerns. Otherwise it can be assumed that as long as your character's business fits the general guidelines and rules, it is accepted into the game.
The Form
General Guidelines and Rules
1. All character businesses must be created and maintained ICly by the character. We aren't very picky about how this happens. They can literally build a building themselves or come across an abandoned one. Alternatively businesses can be run out of a character's home.
2. Deerington is modeled after a regular American town. When making your request, keep this in mind! It wouldn't make much sense to have a futuristic space station, but a used clothing shop on the other hand would fit in perfectly. The size limit for shops is that of your average Target or a standard 4-story building.
3. Character businesses can be independently run or you can have other characters work at your character's business.
4. If your business is magical/high tech in some way you must request those aspects of the business through bonus rewards or your character must ICly be capable of bringing those attributes to the business itself.
5. You can make businesses that are hidden/secret in some way just clarify as much in your details of the business!
6. Character businesses can only be destroyed by requesting the permission of all parties who actively maintain said business.
7. Your business will be automatically accepted into the game. If we have any concerns with your business, we will send you a PM and expect you to make the appropriate adjustments.
