It can't be blown out or put out with water. However this is just the flame from the zippo. Any fires started using the zippo can still be put out as normal. Zippo will also magically somehow always be right where Beverly expects to find it.
➟ 10 points for a gay ass leather jacket that can only be worn by GaY People if a straight person tries to wear this it will just combust. Not really but straight people will hilariously be incapable of putting it on because I think Im the funniest bitch alive i guess!!

Anyway this jacket is also mildly enchanted so that while it starts off as a teen-size jacket it'll grow with its owner. This jacket is also impervious to any sort of silver-based damage (silver bullets/knives/etc). + 10 points for being technically canon.
Other: ➟ An actual Elven Cloak + a Leaves of Lorien brooch (69 Points) + This cloak is going to function basically identically to how it does in the Lord of the Ring canon. It doesn't actually have any "abilities" but the material is unique in that "Their colour was hard to define – grey in twilight but green when moved or brown as fields or dusk-silver in the night. While they could not deflect a shaft or blade they acted as camouflage against unfriendly eyes."
I figured that even though this is from another canon, it's a real simple thing that really will not benefit much beyond the camouflage thing. Also the brooch is purely aesthetic. I figured I'd up the points heavily even though it's technically just a cloak and a brooch since it's not my canon?? I also figured 69 was appropriate because it is the most ideal number in existence

If he specifically thinks to try and communicate with any of the Losers with the type writer he will be able to type up a message through the type writer that will "appear" in a Loser's head (obviously...done with permission). This is only applicable to Losers since their shining abilities are based pretty heavily on their connection with each other.
Suitability for Reward: The typewriter is technically for Bill who is a writer and the It universe is part of King's metaverse wherein shining abilities and powers are a THING.
As for the LOTR shit....Eddie's a nerdy kid who wants to get his equally nerdy friend a LOTR gift and the cloak and brooch are....pretty much aesthetic-only with mild and completely non-magical benefits so aye. Idk if you feel it's a stretch though lmk and I can cry into my pillow in rejection but I'll get over it probs
